Course Aim: This course will explore reflective practice within early years settings with a focus on the CIF 2015 inspection category ‘Effectiveness of Leadership and Management'.

  • Have identified the features of outstanding leadership and management according to Ofsted.
  • Have explored a range of methods of reflection in order to develop a tool box of strategies.
  • Identified ways in which reflective practice can be used within your own setting.
