Community Playgroups

A group with a charitable constitution run by an elected committee, the majority being parents, and where children attend without their parent or carer. Sessional or full day care.

Toddler Groups

A group run by a group of parents and sometimes an elected committee where children only attend with their parent or carer.

Associate Groups

A private, maintained or voluntary (not parent-managed) nursery or group. Sessional or full day care.

Out of School Clubs/Holiday Playschemes

Run by an elected committee, as a private business or a maintained setting. Out of school clubs operate before or after school or both. Holiday playschemes operate during some or all school holidays.

Individual Membership

If you would like to be involved in PATA without being a representative of a PATA member group.
