The PATA Mobile Crèche Service provides childcare in a variety of locations,
enabling parents and other local adult learners to return to learn, and
eventually to work. It is also used to support local activities and events
organised by other agencies such as Health, Libraries, Business Link and
Children’s Centres.
Qualified childcare staff run the crèche in venues adjacent to
where learning activities are taking place.
The service initially started in the north Cotswolds, as the
accessibility issues are greatest here, but has expanded to all parts of
Gloucestershire.
