Responsible for strategic planning, business and systems development, health and safety.  Leads the co-ordination of fieldwork support for the early years and out of school sectors.

FINANCE MANAGER                                                          Claire Gibbs

Responsible for all aspects of County PATA’s financial activities including the PATA Payroll Service. 

MEMBERSHIP & TRUSTEE COORDINATOR                    Jenny Miles

Co-ordinates the PATA Membership Database, responsible for all membership enquiries and annual renewals.  Provides support on constitutional matters and to County Trustees. 

ASSESSMENT & TRAINING CENTRE MANAGER           Olwyn Barnes

Responsible for delivering NVQ (national vocational qualification) programmes for childcare practitioners at levels 2 and 3 in Children's Care, Learning & Development (CCLD) 0-16 years and Assessor/Verifier training.

TODDLER PROJECT MANAGER                                       Maureen Price

Responsible for the development of  PATA member Toddler Groups (0-3 year olds), through the line management of a team of Toddler Support Workers.  Leads on Investor in People status.

TRAINING COORDINATOR                                                 Lyndsay Corbett

Responsible for coordinating and administering the PATA Training Programme. 

RURAL CRÈCHE SERVICE COORDINATOR                     Sarah Mann

Supports the establishment of a rural crèche service, initially in the North Cotswolds.

TRAINING ADMINISTRATORS                                             Troy Norman & Lisa Bell

PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR                                                Wendy Beale

RECEPTIONISTS/CLERICAL ASSISTANTS                      Jane Whitmore & Nicky Howe
