Forest School Taster Session

The taster session would allow practitioners within settings to gain an overview about Forest School, before committing to the full Forest School qualifications, or simply to gain insight into why it is an ethos they feel passionate about adopting for their setting - there may be settings where one staff member has completed the full training but they need to bring other staff members ‘ onboard’ with the whole ethos and to become committed to it.

The session will provide an overview of what ‘Forest School’ is, how it could fit into your setting and how it provides enormous benefits to both the staff team and children. There will be the opportunity to observe a Forest School session and a Q & A at the end.

Upon attending this taster session you will receive a CPD Certificate awarded by Inspired Forest School Training (in partnership with PATA). 

After attending this taster session, there will be the opportunity for attendees to gain a Level 1 Forest School Awareness qualification, by attending a further afternoon session and completing an online course – at a reduced cost of £30. Further details will be given at the taster session
