Preschool room leader required, an experienced nursery practitioner to lead a large preschool at our Barnwood nursery, appropriately qualified to at least level 3. The ideal candidate will be committed, motivated, imaginative and above all else must love working with children. Your role will include: taking responsibility for the safety, security and well-being of all the children in the room; working as a member of the nursery team; showing initiative and creativity to foster an environment which encourages the children’s all round development and where high standards of care are provided. As well as working cooperatively and with flexibility with staff members you will need to develop excellent communications with parents/guardians, encouraging them to participate in their child’s progress and development.
