The Realities of Being an Early Years Manager

Being an Early Years Manager can sometimes feel lonely and isolating.  Join us for our next network meeting on Monday 23^rd March (4:30pm – 6:30pm) where we will discuss ‘the Realities of Being an Early Years Manager’ over coffee and cake.

This meeting offers an informal, safe and friendly space to discuss the issues you face and any concerns you have with your peers. This could include your wellbeing as a Manager and how your role is perceived in the wider education community and with parents/carers and we will also be asking for feedback from you as to how we can further support you.  Experienced PATA staff will share their experiences of managing a setting, the difficulties they faced and how they overcame them.
