Monthly Payroll Service
PATA Payroll provides a monthly service to help you meet HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC), RTI (Real Time Information) and Automatic Enrolment Pension requirements. We use market leading software to process timely payroll and file all period-end reports.
Each month just send us the details of your employee’s gross pay, or hours worked for the month, together with information of any other payments due, such as expenses.
We will then produce itemised payslips, showing details of employee salaries together with any statutory deductions or credits such as PAYE, National Insurance, Sick Pay, Maternity Pay, etc. You will use these payslips to make the correct payment to your employees.
We also produce reports showing monthly and year to date information for your employees, if required, and details of how much you need to pay HM Revenue & Customs.
If you take on a new employee or an employee leaves, we will deal with their P46 and P45 forms and ensure they have the correct tax codes.
Automatic Enrolment Pensions
We also offer an enhanced payroll service to include your auto enrolment pension, from assessment of employees through to uploading contribution details direct to your chosen pension scheme, providing it is compatible with our payroll software.
At the end of the tax year all employers are required by law to give each current employee a P60. We will generate these P60s for all current employees, and provide P11s and annual reports summarising your payroll for the year.
