This fast paced hour-long session will explore what mathematics is all about in the EYFS. We will look at how we can implement fun, exciting mathematical experiences through play, considering how we can develop maths in our routine, practice and through indoor and outdoor environments.
This session will give you lots of ideas to implement in your early years settings.
Please be aware that PATA Pocket Sized sessions are an insight to the subject topic and given the short time, inevitably, we won't be able to cover everything. If more in-depth training is required then we may be able to offer this if there is enough interest or as a bespoke course for you. Also, please be mindful that these sessions can be fast paced with lots of information contained within them to ensure you get the most out of the hour session.
