Course Aim:  To provide managers with the confidence to conduct meaningful one-to-one meetings with their team.  This course will provide: the paperwork to accompany the meetings; the knowledge on what can be asked and documented; and what further steps should be taken once the meeting closes.   

Course Information: 

This informative and relaxed session will provide an overview on:

• Coaching techniques  - how to use meetings and observations to support your team in achieving their best

• How to give and receive feedback in a productive environment     

• How to document, agree and evaluate SMART objectives

• How to complete one-to-one / supervision / appraisal forms

• How to conduct Return to Work meetings to decrease absence and support individual’s needs.                                

Suitable For:  All individuals in a management position – setting leaders, managers and committee members.

This is is the first part of a three part course.  To compliment this course we are also able to offer:-

Time: 6:30pm - 9:30pm (we envisage the course will finish by 9pm but would ask you to allow a finish of 9:30pm).  There will be a 20 minute break during the evening.

Venue: on-line (please ensure you complete the attendee email address to ensure the attendee receives their Zoom invitation)

Cost: £30 for members / £40 for non members

Additional Information:-

• Your Zoom invitation will be sent by Friday 12th February
• We will be posting out all the paperwork related to this training a week before the course date.  To ensure you receive the paperwork which is required for the course then please ensure you complete the address as to where you want the paperwork posted to (eg, full setting address or full home address)
• The paperwork and zoom invitation will not be sent until your invoice has been settled. Payment must be settled by Thursday 11th February.  After this date, no refunds or credits will be offered.
