Our small and friendly staff team have a wealth of knowledge that enables us to offer personal support to our members.

Armed with up to date knowledge of the sector, particularly community groups, we understand the specific and unique challenges faced by you and your team.

We keep up to date with what's happening 'on the ground' through our own PATA Managed Groups and from our support visits, so our advice is grounded in recent practice.  Our members know that they can trust our advice and that if we don’t know straight away we’ll find someone who does.

We pride ourselves on offering a unique service to your unique group and we are only a phone call or email away.  We try and provide a response within 48 hours, usually sooner.
