Are you feeling overwhelmed? Your tick list is too much? Join us to help figure out how to keep all your Christmas balls in the air! We know working lives are frantic right now – compounded by outbreaks of illness other than just covid, the dilemma of knowing when to request a PCR or parents sending ill children into setting, then there are assessments (not involving copious amounts of paperwork!) due based on your knowledge of your children – the list is endless.
Come and join us to talk with us, and each other, about your policies, what others are doing that has worked and what hasn’t worked, and hopefully your tick list may feel more manageable.
This network meeting is open to Early Years Managers and Deputies in PATA member settings and provides a great opportunity to meet with colleagues from other settings and share experiences and expertise.

Delivered by: Debs Adams and Michelle King. Debs has worked for PATA for over 10 years in a supporting membership role and has extensive knowledge of charity governance and compliance. Michelle is a PATA Early Years Support Officer and she previously spent 12 years as an early years educator, 5 years of this time as a setting manager. Between them they draw upon their differing specialisms to offer support and guidance.
