Playgroup Manager/Leader. Immediate start, Mon - Fri 8:30am - 3:15pm (32 hours per week), term-time only. Competitive salary dependent on experience.
Woodchester Playgroup is situated on the grounds of Woodchester Primary School, in our own building with a recently refurbished garden. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Playgroup Manager to lead our friendly team and the daily operations of our setting.
As Playgroup Manager, you'll lead a team of early years practitioners while planning and implementing an engaging curriculum in line with the EYFS framework. You'll create a safe, nurturing environment where children learn through play and develop to their full potential. Building strong relationships with parents/carers and the wider community will be key to success in this role.
The successful candidate will have minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years, and at 3 years' experience in a supervisory role. You'll have sound knowledge of EYFS and current early years legislation, strong leadership skills, and a passion for community-based childcare.
