Anna Morgan - Whiteshill Playgroup
This award was open to all Managers / Playleaders / Deputies working in member settings. We were looking for someone who showed exemplary management and leadership skills and who inspired and nurtured their staff team to run an excellent setting.
Nominations were shortlisted and then judged by an independent panel comprising some PATA Trustees/Senior Staff and some external judges. All shortlisted nominees were notified of their nomination and many joined us on the evening (along with their colleagues!). Winners were announced on the night and received a trophy and a small prize. Award was kindly sponsored by Books for Bugs
