Natalie Finn-Powers
This award was open to any practitioner working in a member setting. We were looking for someone who were above and beyond for the children in the setting, who inspired their colleagues and demonstrated exceptional commitment to high quality practice.
Nominations were shortlisted and then judged by an independent panel comprising some PATA Trustees/Senior Staff and some external judges. All shortlisted nominees were notified of their nomination and many joined us on the awards evening (along with their colleagues!). Winners were announced on the night and received a trophy and a small prize. Award kindly sponsored and presented by: YPO |
