The PATA Community came together and celebrated the best practice and achievements of the sector within Gloucestershire and beyond.

We recognised that many of our members are small or independent settings and often don't get much thanks or recognition for the fantastic job that they do. It was time to redress that by offering an evening to celebrate successes, recognise the great work that is done by our members and bring the sector together.

We invited our members to tell us who the awards should be presented to and why. We know that there is fantastic practice across our members and we really wanted to hear about it.

This year’s awards showcase the passion, skill & commitment that exist across our sector and the quality of nominations was exceptional. The judging panel found reading them an absolute pleasure.

An opportunity for us all to pause, reflect and celebrate the people and teams who make such a difference to children, families and colleagues every single day!

The event was held alongside our AGM which gave us the opportunity to report back to our members on what PATA has achieved over the last year.

The evening also provided opportunities for members to engage with our Trustees and gave an insight into some of the important decisions that they make. See our latest impact report here.

The evening was held at the Pavilion in Cheltenham on Tuesday 3rd February. All PATA members were invited and we welcomed over 90 attendees! We're already planning our next AGM & Awards Evening, nominations of which, will open later in the year!
