Open to all Managers / Playleaders / Deputies working in member settings. We are looking for someone who shows exemplary management and leadership skills and who inspires and nurtures their staff team to run an excellent setting.
To nominate yourself or a colleague for this award please provide the details below. You can attach photos if you want to and you think they will support nomination.
Nominations will be shortlisted and then judged by an independent panel comprising some PATA Trustees/Senior Staff and some external judges. All shortlisted nominees will be notified of their nomination and we hope that they will come to the evening (along with their colleagues!). Winners will be announced on the night and will receive a trophy and a small prize.
