Open to any practitioner working in a member setting. We are looking for someone who has gone above and beyond for the children in the setting, who inspires their colleagues and demonstrates exceptional commitment to high quality practice.
To nominate yourself or a colleague for this award please provide the details below. You can attach photos if you want to and you think they will support nomination.
Nominations will be shortlisted and then judged by an independent panel comprising some PATA Trustees/Senior Staff and some external judges. All shortlisted nominees will be notified of their nomination and we hope that they will come to the evening (along with their colleagues!). Winners will be announced on the night and will receive a trophy and a small prize. |
