(Level 3) Early Years Educator to be a Room Lead. Full-time, Permanent. Hours: Monday to Friday - (40) hours per week. (8:00am – 4:00pm). Term time only, 39 weeks per year, including 5 INSET days.

We are looking for a fun and motivated Level 3 qualified Early Years Educator to join our wonderful team. Previous experience with children aged 0 - 5 years, a DBS on the update service and a current paediatric first aid is preferred.

As a Room Lead for our Acorns (age 18 months – 3 years), you will be responsible for creating and delivering a high quality curriculum and inspiring and leading team Acorns. You will ensure the safeguarding and welfare of the children in your care, working alongside a team of fun educators to create an engaging environment enabling children to reach their full potential. You will be able to plan, provide and support age-appropriate play opportunities in line with the curriculum and individual needs of the children in your care, play the role of any character a child requests, read a book upside down, sing slightly out of tune to nursery rhymes and count several moving children. You will stay composed around bodily fluids or when presented with creepy crawlies and have fun and be creative!
