Early Years Lead. Permanent. 37 hours/week, (term time only of 39 weeks). Grade 7, £29,297.00 to £32,143.00 pa. (Full-time, all-year round equivalent is £34,137.00 to £37,453.00). Start Date: 1st September 2026.

As Early Years Lead, you will lead with passion, purpose, and expertise, creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children flourish and staff feel empowered to deliver their very best.

We are looking for someone who holds a strong understanding of the EYFS and best practice, is passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes for all children, can inspire, motivate, and develop a team, leads with warmth, integrity, and high expectations, and has a proven leadership experience within an early years or nursery setting.

Your key responsibilities will include leading and developing a dedicated early years team at your allocated setting, ensuring outstanding standards of care, learning, and safeguarding, driving high-quality teaching and learning across the setting, building strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the wider community and managing the day-to-day operations of the setting with professionalism and vision
