Glenfall Preschool is a small, committee-led, local early years setting for children aged 2 years to 4 years old.

We are looking for bank staff to cover staff absences as and when needed. Flexibility to work Monday - Friday, often at short notice is highly desirable.  You will have a warm, caring, nurturing approach, the ability to work in a small team and a fondness for cups of mud tea!

Would you like the opportunity to work in our popular preschool setting PATA @ Little Everlands based in Cams Everlands School, Dursley. 

If so, we are looking for a friendly person to do some light cleaning duties each day from 3:00pm – 4:00pm Monday to Friday. Initially this is a fixed term contract until July 2027 to begin as soon as possible, with the option to be made permanent. Cleaning duties will include daily vacuuming, sweeping and mopping of floors, cleaning the kitchen and toilets, together with additional daily/weekly tasks. Pay rate: £12.71 per hour.

The successful candidate must enjoy working around children, be DBS checked or obtain a DBS clearance (via PATA) to work at the setting (as children may be on site) and be thorough and efficient.  Please get in touch if this sounds like you!

We are recruiting due to increasing numbers and the popularity of the setting.  The successful candidate must be keen, enthusiastic and committed to helping children become the best they can be.  You will need experience of working at level 3 or above in early years.  Certificates in both child protection and first aid would be advantageous but are not essential.
