We are a friendly and popular parent-run community playgroup situated on the edge of Rodborough Common. We provide childcare for children between the ages of 2 years 6 months and 4 years. Our hours are generally between 8:15am and 3:30pm.

We are looking for a candidate who can bring energy, creativity and dedication to this key role of Deputy Playleader. Responsibilities include leading sessions, supporting our Playleader in the management and running of Playgroup, and sharing best practice.

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Play Assistant with a Level 3 Early Years and Childcare qualification to join our pre-school team for the new academic year in September 2025.

We are looking for someone to join our team to work 5 days per week (Monday - Friday, 8:15am – 4:00pm), term-time only. We offer competitive rates of pay that reflect your experience and half pay during the school holidays. The ideal candidate will have a recognised Level 3 childcare qualification, with experience of working in early years and good knowledge of the EYFS, who enjoys supporting children’s learning and development and taking part in a variety of play-based activities.
