Flying Start Nursery  is a small, nurturing nursery with a true home-from-home feel, where children are supported to learn through curiosity, play, and secure relationships. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification. This role would suit a practitioner who is confident, reflective, and enthusiastic about supporting children's development through meaningful play and learning experiences. You will support children aged 0 – 5 years, acting as a Key Person for a group of children, planning engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), observing and assessing children's development and planning next steps. You will build strong partnerships with parents and carers and contribute to a positive, supportive team culture
